The main office for Clearpoint Consulting Engineers, P.A. is located at 6652 U.S. Highway 98, Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Principals are Ronald T. Blackwell, P.E., P.L.S., President and John C. Anglin, P.E., P.L.S., Vice-President. Our Jackson area office is located at 855 South Pear Orchard Road, Suite 204, Ridgeland, Mississippi. Clearpoint is a full-service civil engineering/surveying firm that currently serves central and south Mississippi and Alabama. Our primary client base is in the private, utility and industrial sectors.
Clearpoint was incorporated in April of 1996 and currently has a staff of 17 full-time employees. Our staff includes three (3) Professional Engineers/Land Surveyors (dual registrants), one (1) Professional Engineer and one (1) Professional Land Surveyor. We employ several experienced Sr. Engineering CAD Technicians and three (3) Survey Crews. We utilitilize Autodesk Land Desktop 2007-2009 drafting and design software. Our survey equipment includes Topcon HiPer Plus Static and RTK GPS with Glonass, Topcon GPT-3005W total stations and TDS Ranger and Recon data collectors.
The success of Clearpoint has been largely due to our ability to attract and maintain a quality repeat client base. We have an ever-improving quality control process that minimizes errors in both field and office production. We have obtained and developed a competent and experienced technical staff that has a wide range of experience, but also has the ability to communicate effectively. Our growth has been steady, gradual and intentional. We are highly selective in the technical competency and character of our employees. Clearpoint is a client-oriented firm that understands the importance of the basics: communication and customer service. Our faith and values are what motivates us to excellence.
